After a terrific first season on Sony, where it became the most highly viewed non-fiction show of 2010, India's Show of the Decade (BIG Star awards) returns with the magnificent Amitabh Bachchan once again at the helm. In its fifth season in India, Kaun Banega Crorepati reaches out further and deeper for contestants, with India's most inclusive open contest. The 'tez, teekha, tabartod' tweaks in the format so well-received last year, are here to stay. Additionally, this time contestants have the offer of 'panchkoti mahamoney' and the 'manchaha padhav '. Viewers too have the opportunity to win Lakhs of rupees by answering the home-viewer question.

A year in the making, Know for Sure is a set of colourfully illustrated fun learning books by Siddhartha Basu and Encyclopedia Britannica for students from Class 1 - 8, imaginatively linked to the school curriculum, aimed at bringing General Knowledge alive in the classroom with quizzes, games, facts, surveys, word craft, activities, life skills, brain teasers, lifestyles, stories, handicrafts, group discussions about value systems, and a whole lot more that can excite, engage and educate a young mind. Released last year, they've sold more than 10 lakh copies and have had a terrific qualitative response from teachers and students alike.

They've not been released into the general retail market, but are being sold directly to schools by EB.
