RAJIV BAKSHI (Chief Executive Officer)

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Rajiv comes with over two decades of experience and a proven track record across TV, Internet, Media, Telecom and consumer durable industries. He has deep understanding of Broadcast Media & OTT, Digital, Mobile and FMCG industries.

He was the Chief Marketing Officer at Intex Technologies where he led the brand strategy across 4 business verticals – Smart Phones, Electronics, Durables and Accessories.

Prior to Intext, Rajiv was VP & Head Products & Marketing, India & South Asia at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific where he steered strategic development and localization initiatives for a multi-channel portfolio for Discovery Channel serving 100+ million Pay TV households.

His main objective is to take forward the mantle of enhancing multi-platform reach, driving strategic partnerships & developing the Original Content portfolio.

Ashish Chakravorty (Chief Operating Officer)

With over 25 years experience in Media and Entertainment Industry, Ashish has spent reporting directly to the Chairman and CXOs of large entertainment conglomerates, including Zee Network and Reliance ADA, and entrusted with complete P&L responsibilities of establishing and independently driving business operations.







Simmi Karna

Simmi brings to Big Synergy her vast experience of having developed and produced hundreds of hours of fiction content in Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu languages and will empower the company's ambition in both national and regional markets. She has over two decades of experience in creating Long Form (TV, OTT/Web series) and Short Form content (Films, Documentaries). In the past, she has worked in various capacities as a Writer, Producer, Director, Head of Programming, Business Head, Chief Revenue Officer and Content Head and has been associated with Sakal Media, Reliance Broadcasting, Balaji Telefilms, IMG and more.





Namit Sharma- Partner Producer

Namit has working as a Content Creator, Leadership role in production and broadcasting, films, Live entertainment and Digital Content. He comes with 22 years of varied and exciting experiences in the Media & Entertainment sector. From journalism and script writing, to television production & roles in broadcasting, film production & live entertainment, digital content, leadership roles in management & business. Content is at the heart of all that he has done in these two decades and working across businesses and media platforms has helped him gain a holistic view of the Indian entertainment industry.





Indrajit Ray- Creative Producer

Indrajit has 20 years of experience in the Indian entertainment industry, spanning content creation, creative-strategy and managing business across production companies and broadcasters. His strength lies in understanding business objective, translating it into vision, writing out strategy in keeping with the vision, and finally creating compelling content that feeds into the objective. Having assimilated experience over 20 years of creating original content, adapting international formats, leading teams and managing businesses, he finds himself driven by the desire to leverage his strength as a creative leader to develop content strategy and the content itself for emerging platforms.
