The Tech Grandmasters
This quiz show on all things tech, aimed to find the most tech-savvy team from corporations, colleges and schools throughout the country. The best and brightest teams across India attempted to outwit and outsmart each other, and to establish supremacy in their knowledge of the tech world.
In Tic Tac Tech, a novel and clever format indigenously devised at BIG Synergy, based on the familiar game of noughts and crosses, contestants played for glory and a whole lot of tech goodies.
In this format, strategy went hand in hand with informed answers as well as intelligent guesswork, together with razor sharp reflexes, resulting in highly engaging head to head contests that were often fought to the very finish.
This keenly competitive quiz was conducted with sharp élan by gadget guru Rajiv Makhni. The winning team in the first season was Maurya Learning Pvt. Ltd and the runners up were the team from NSIT, Delhi.The first season of Tech Grandmasters(2011) was aired every Thursday at 10.00pm on NDTV Good Times and featured 32 episodes.
Season 2 began on the 23rd of June 2012, in a spanking new futuristic set, with smart packaging, and new tweaks. Think You Know It All? It's Time To Find Out, was the show's proposition, and it made for exciting viewing. The final was played between BOC India, Kolkata Vs New Era Public School, New Delhi
