Sports Ka Superstar
A BIG Synergy format, Sports ka Superstar served as a precursor to the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi in October 2010.
Hosted by the vivacious Mini Mathur, 200 quizzers qualified through an all-India selection test and took the roles of khiladis (players) on Sports ka Superstars, displaying their knowledge of sports and challenging their fellow competitors to a fight to the finish. The challengers stood to win up to Rs.1 crore prize money.
A 26-episode quiz series, Sports Ka Superstar aired on DD 1, Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 pm.
